The Rules.
This is the most important thing to read. These are the rules you must follow on this form so nothing goes completely out of control and ends badly. If you don't read these, you will surely be banned if you break a lot of the rules or very important ones. You must read and follow them all.
1. Be a respectful member of the forum. This means not being rude to people and respecting there privacy. So no joining private threads or joining at an inappropriate time. Make sure you think before you post something that is maybe hurtful. You must also respect the dissension of staffers like being denied for a reason or being told to change something.
2. There will be no inappropriate images or language used on this forum. No one wants to see this or read this kind of stuff. If you do have a part that would be inappropriate to post, you will have to fade to black. Threads or images against this will be removed immediately.
3. Bullying is forbidden from here. This isn't a site to make an account and be a jerk, this is for people to come and have a good time and not have to worry about being bullied by there fellow members.
4. Do not blog here, this is an RPG, not a blogger. If there is something you would like to share with us, like your getting a dog, or something bad happened and you need comfort, you may post about those kind of things.
5. There will be no spamming. You simply can not spam. In OOC you must write at least 3 words. You can not post more then once in a row, so no double, triple and so on posting.
6. You must be at least 13 to join. This site is 13 or older because of the Proboards Terms of Services. If you haven't read it, please do so.
7. You must obey all rules of the Proboards Terms of Services. You can read them here if you haven't read them already.
8. Please report all rules that are broken to a staff member. Please don't take care of it yourself by saying and possibly starting an argument, just let staff handle it.
9. Foul language is fine mostly, the B-word and F-word are not allowed to be spoken, they can be censored, so B**** and F*** is allowed. Acronyms involving these are also allowed.
10. Your character must be from a district. There is no Capitol RPing and you need permission to go to another district.
11. You must have proper spelling and grammar to join. This isn't a site for people who are new to the RPG word, this site is for people who have been here for a while.
12. The word count is 100, please make sure you have the word count set to words and not characters. Characters count every letter and space, not words.
13. There will be no power-playing or god-modding. So you can't do something that controls the other character or doesn't give them a chance to dodge something, unless you have permission. This also means that unless the person is helpless to stop you and you are healing them, then you also can't proceed because they may not accept it. There will also be no god-modding, so you can't be all powerful, you must have troubles sometimes. Even if your from the three career districts [1, 2 and 4].
14. If you haven't been randomly chosen to be the winner of the Hunger Games, then you can't win. You may plan your death, but if you haven't been PMed to win, then you will not win. The other tributes will know who the winner is and is forbidden to tell anyone so it is more fun for the others to find out.
15. Please read the thread in Accepted named Bans and Closed, it is so you know what is banned from certain districts and which districts are closed. If there is a ban or a district is close, please don't try and to get accepted, if you had a pending character when it was made, you will still be accepted. Please before you make any new characters check it.
16. You must make a new account for each character you have. They must also have there own separate bio.
17. There are absolutely no powers. These people are average people, so you can't have any powers, like the ability to control elements or whatever.
18. Don't spoil any movies or books. Beyond Hunger Games there are other movies and books, so don't spoil them, please put an alert before you do so. Also if there is an alert, don't get made at the person, they put it there and you neglected it.
19. You must be okay with dying. If your not okay with killing off your characters them please do not join.
20. Don't just post OOC, you must RP at some point, if you never do then you joined for no reason. If your waiting or your character isn't done, then you may post in OOC.
21. You must do a biography. You can't RP until your bio is accepted.
22. There will be no getting pregnant. We don't want to see all this teen pregnancy drama. This is also not allowed, because there is no aging, the reason is that if your 18 you won't be able to enter. if you become 19.
23. You need permission to die inside your district. During the games if you are in it, you don't have to ask me constantly.
24. Your images have a limit of 400 horizontal and 450 vertical so it doesn't stretch the page. You can use the square below as reference.
25. Your character must be anime, this is an anime Hunger Games RPG. So images of your character must be anime, you may have realistic images if you want to show you character realistically, but on the bio, it must be anime.
26. Canons are forbidden. You can't be any characters of the games. Even if you get an anime image of them, be original and make your own.
27. Your character can't have been in the games once. Like said, everyone gets a chance to come into the games, and you must be okay with your character dying.
28. Templates are allowed. You may make your own, just please keep it adjusted to the forum size.
29. No sharing personal information. It is dangerous to do so and we don't want to see it being shared online. You can't share things like your home town, address, phone number and so on. You may share things like what you like and don't like, your favorite food, etc.
